For the fifth edition of the Georgetown Summer Football Journal, senior offensive lineman Collin Meador (Lyndhurst, Ohio/St. Ignatius Prep) provides an inside look at one portion of the workouts being coordinated by the strength and conditioning staff. Meador is among a group of more than 60 players who have been on campus since the second summer session began on July 5 as the Hoyas prepare for the 2008 season.

Mitchell, Georgetown Football Hit Mid-Point for Summer Workouts
The Georgetown University football team continued its summer workouts last week, with a trio of weight and conditioning exercises prior to the Fourth of July. The holiday weekend marked the mid-point of the summer workouts for the football team. After the holiday, the second summer session will begin and with that, more than 60 players are expected to be on campus.
